Full-time: Entry Level Management - Service Technician

What We Offer:

- Full-time seasonal work 4-5 days a week. Our current workload goes from April - December, but we are working to expand that window. We don’t work holidays, and only occasionally work weekends if necessary

- Paid training and local work, as the majority of our jobs are in the Ann Arbor/Chelsea area

- Excellent compensation paid every 2 weeks. Tips are not counted against hourly pay, and opportunity for bonuses

The Position:

- $20-$23/hr

- Part-time schedule (3 days a week) during the initial training period, then full-time work

- Working solo or on a crew, fulfilling your route for the day

- Performing window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, screen repair, and holiday light services for our awesome clients using our industry-leading technology and equipment

- Performing minimal marketing and sales (door hangers, upselling additional services if applicable)

- Providing a high level of service. Our company is all about service and professionalism, and we do everything we can to treat our clients like gold

- We specialize in providing a very high level of service to our clients. We are looking for people who are friendly and detail-oriented, who take pride in their work

Who You Are:

- You do NOT need experience 

- You must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs

- Any experience in the home service industry is an asset 

- You must be hard-working, able to work independently, and teachable. We hire for attitude & character, and we train for skill

- Must have reliable transportation
